As usual the service from check in to drive away was very professional. That’s why I always trust Silverdale Transmissions to take the best care of my 2012 Ford Explorer. I will be a return customer!!

The gentleman at Silverdale transmission are very courteous and make sure to do the job right the first time. It's refreshing that they won't try to do a job that they don't feel qualified to do instead of just taking your money. Instead, they encouraged me to find a specialty shop. My RV is imported from Japan and had the wrong belts on it. I had no part numbers available. They tried 9 different belts on my imported RV and got it exactly right in a short time. I will definitely be going to them in the future. Great work, guys!

This shop was quick to get me in the next day I called. Kept me informed of what was going on with my truck. Then after a through inspection they found no glaring problems with my truck so they put it back together and called me and said come pick it up. All on the next day. Their lot was pretty busy as it always is.

Really good service

I was quite surprised at the amount charged for the services especially for the running light bulb replacement which was supposed to have been completed the time before this visit. I was told to just drop in some time and it would only take a few minutes. Also front counter clerk was wearing no mask. I inquired what was the mask policy and he advised the ear latch had broken. Not one employee was wearing a mask. I was a longtime customer......was being the operative word. The former ladies were much better at Customer Service.

New customer and will be for lifetime!! Outstanding service from Paul and his team. My 2006 Sierra Denali needed a few repairs and the team at Silverdale Transmission did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!
