Spoke with Ashley. She said the lady at the front desk was very professional and she offered her coffee. She really thought the updates and the pictures through text were very nice. She had never even heard of that before that was great.

Mike said he would recommend others to this business.

Kris said Rene was wonderful at explaining things. She did not get impatient whatsoever with her questions. She was very good at keeping her informed. She was also impressed with the computer printout with the pictures showing her everything that was wrong. She has only driven her vehicle home so far but she thinks their job was done very well. They completed her service in a timely manner and she likes that their work seems pretty thoroughly done.

"Outstanding service." I brought my vehicle in for (what I thought) was a transmission problem. Turns out it was not that at all. A little background might help. I am by no means a slouch when it comes to vehicle and mechanical things. I have an engineering degree, am a professional marine "wrench turner", and have worked in the past at an automobile repair shop. I've even rebuilt an automatic transmission in the past. Okay, I'm old. LOL! They performed a, I must say, very thorough diagnosis. Turns out it was not a transmission issue at all, but a "miss" on a cylinder. Duh moment for me. I opted to take their diagnosis and perform the repair myself. Their technician was spot on. I found the fault exactly where he said it would be, then rectified it myself. What was most impressive to me was that there was no blow-back about a " DIY" person coming into their shop. To clarify however, these folks are in business to make a profit, as they well should be. I have seen my share of DIY'ers crying the blues when they couldn't get led by the hand to repair their ill fated attempts at self repair. Anyone who has been in this kind of business has seen these well intentioned, but highly misguided attempts at saving a buck. Perhaps my case was unique, as I actually know what I am doing. I paid a fair price for the expertise and knowledge of their business, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Again, just a word to the DIY'ers, don't expect them to fix, or assist you, in solving your problems. That's not what they are in business for.

"Honest Service" Our transmission developed an issue and we were expecting the worst; $1000's in repairs or another car. Turned out to be an inexpensive sensor and a quick repair. They serviced the transmission, tested and serviced the cooling system, did an oil change and had us on our way for less than $600. Far less than we were expecting.
