Great place that can accomodate my RV.

We thought we had a transmission problem, but Mike checked it out and said it was something different. They fixed the problem and did it quick. Grateful to have the car up and running again.

I called for a transmission rebuild. Instead of charging me a ton of money for it, they decided to do some diagnostic tests first. Cool thing was they were gonna do it for free. I wanted to support the shop and ended up paying for it voluntarily

Transmissions are almost a standalone industry in and of themselves, as their intricacies require specialist knowledge beyond the standard mechanic's level of know how. This company has that intricate knowledge, and they provide far more comprehensive work than the dealer does, at 75% of the cost (in my case). Beyond that, they were able to give me information and experience based advice regarding my options, and the most cost effective way to proceed with my vehicle. I'm very skeptical of anything involving the automotive industry, because there's always somebody looking to take advantage of the majority of us that don't know any better. This place is TRUSTWORTHY. Fair price, comprehensive info, and ethical. That's all that need be said.

Silverdale Transmission treats customers with respect and provides excellent service! I was greeted by friendly staff when I left my vehicle to be serviced. Later that morning I received a call and learned the results of the diagnostic tests. My questions were answered patiently and courteously. I understood the problems and what it would take to get the pickup running smoothly again. There was no pressure, and I firmly believe they do not suggest work that does not need to be done. I feel safe in my vehicle and trust them 100% with repairs and routine maintenance.
