Silverdale Auto Repair

I had my 95 power stroke towed to Silverdale transmission due to a massive fuel leak. They found some bad fuel lines and replaced them and the fuel leak was solved . I found there 30 point inspection enlightening. I first had my truck at Lk's auto service and they wanted to charge me a lot of money to replace the high pressure oil pump trying to convince me that it was the source of the fuel leak. It is nice to find a shop that is honest and fair.

My appointment to replace my upper oil pan gasket/silicone(?) was scheduled for 3 hours, possibly 31/2. It ended up being 5 1/2 hrs. They explained why and all was fine, until I got the bill. I was quoted $360+ for the job. It ended up being over $500. They said the additional charge was because my model Ford Escape 2003 had a gasket where others had silicone. I was fine with that until I saw I had been charged $74 for an oil change along with a $15 hazmat charge. So basically $90 for an oil change. Really? Yah..won't be back!

Truly transmission professionals. They got the job done right and at a reasonable cost. They don't stop helping and answering questions after the repairs are complete. It's like having family work on your transmission. Would recommend to anyone. A+ Job, Guys!

just outstanding , my tj jeep drive line snapped in half at u-joints they towed inspected the whole vehicle suggested preventative maintenance on my breaks which were toast sent drive line out, was backed fixed and im back on the raods in 4 days thanks guys ill be back next time i break it

Totally customer oriented. Super knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with customer leading to greater acceptance/confidence of their team. Way better than the big brand dealership that i lost all confidence in. Gave a good estimate and stuck to it. Highly recommended for transmission repair , and other work.

Transmission service worked out well. Just wish I hadn't been "advised" to get (pay) for a diagnostic. Everything would have been great with just the tranny service I took it in for.
