Service personnel seemed very capable technically. Upon picking up the vehicle and driving, it seemed to shift like a new car. Thank you.

"Unbelievable Service-First Class" My used vehicle was having terrible transmission problems and I took it in. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a plan put together on how to get me back on the road. Long story short, the car runs better now than at anytime that I have owned it and the price for the fix was more than reasonable. There was a bit of a delay in getting my car back due to part ordering but staff kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. They aren't there to rip you off and they work to build a relationship during your visit. Staff is professional and works with you throughout the fix. I would 100% recommend Silverdale Transmission to anyone.
