"Great Customer Service" From the moment you walk in you get great service. They explain to you clearly what is wrong with your vehicle and do not get upset when being questioned about issues or reasoning behind needed repairs.

"Honest" This is the second experience with ST. My first was getting a new tranny in an Odyssey but this time in a full soze Bronco. The trans wasn't shifting and they told me it was only a sensor. Bring your rig in with confidence. Also, having their towing company there late made it easy to pick up vehicles after hours.

"Best worst experience of my life" I had no desire to find out that the engine in my explorer needed replaced but when I did I was very happy I found Silverdale Transmission. From the moment they picked up my car to the moment I got it back I was kept in the loop on what was going on, sent accurate estimates, provided pictures of what was bad and overall treated like I mattered which is something I don't find often in the automotive industry. All my vehicles will go to Silverdale Transmission for anything they need in the future.
