They did this 2nd one at no charge to me, because they stand by their product and their service and warranty. "Oil change serpantine belt pully" They do what they say their going to do. They dont make up work orders, Renae will give different options at outset of diagnostic testing, talk to you so it is understood whats happening, honor warranty parts and pick up labor cost at their expense. Their not the cheapest or flashiest in town just functionally the best for me and my three rigs.
